Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Customer must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product.
Sealed (unopened), unmarked, and undamaged contact lens boxes are returnable within a specific timeframe.
Damaged parcel or broken lenses are exchangeable.
To possible exchange, customer needs to send back the sealed lenses to our given address.
Kindly WhatsApp issue within 24 hours of delivery.
No complaint will be entertained after 72 hours of item being delivered.
Order cancellation is possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
No Exchange or Refund if you are not satisfied with the ordered shade.
Total advance payments are mandatory for urgent orders .
TCS urgent shipments relies on their own courier service.
Once dispatched, No refund is possible.
